Dr. Wilmer Columbie Sardinas is a board-certified primary care physician and Regional Medical Director with extensive experience in family medicine, preventive care, and value-based healthcare. He is passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered care and helping patients achieve optimal health through preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and personalized treatment plans.
Dr. Sardinas earned his medical degree from the Faculty of Medical Sciences at the University of Havana, graduating with honors, and completed his postgraduate rotational internship at Auxilio Mutuo Hospital in Puerto Rico. Since joining Orlando Family Physicians in 2017, he has served in leadership roles overseeing clinical operations, provider teams, and quality initiatives across multiple practices.
Fluent in both English and Spanish, Dr. Sardinas is committed to providing compassionate, accessible care to diverse patient populations while fostering lasting relationships built on trust and respect.
