Melinda Molina, NP

, Pak Medical Group

With nearly two decades of experience in healthcare, I have dedicated my life to caring for others and making a meaningful difference in the lives of my patients. I began my medical career as a paramedic in 2007 and later expanded my experience as an emergency room nurse, where I developed a deep passion for compassionate, patient-centered care. My journey in healthcare started even earlier, as I have been involved in the medical field in one form or another since the age of 18.

I earned my Nurse Practitioner degree from University of Texas at Arlington, furthering my commitment to serving others through primary care — the area of medicine that I am most passionate about. I believe the most important part of healthcare is ensuring patients know they are cared for, heard, and valued. My goal has always been to treat every patient with compassion, dignity, and respect while making a positive impact during some of the most vulnerable moments in their lives.

Outside of my career, I am a proud wife and mother of two sons. I live on a ranch with my husband, my younger son, and our three dogs, where I enjoy caring for farm animals and spending time outdoors. Family is at the center of everything I do, and I also help care for my mother and father. Being the oldest of five children taught me from a young age the importance of responsibility, compassion, and caring for others — values that continue to guide both my personal and professional life.

In my free time, I enjoy bike riding, ranch life, and spending quality time with my family. I take great pride in the work I do and remain committed to making a lasting difference in the lives of the people I have the privilege to treat.
