Dr. José A. Sosa Palacios is a board-certified primary care physician and healthcare leader with more than 15 years of experience in value-based care, Medicare Advantage, population health, and chronic disease management. He serves as Regional Medical Director and Medical Director, providing clinical and operational leadership while continuing to care for patients throughout Central Florida.
Dr. Sosa is passionate about preventive medicine and improving health outcomes through evidence-based, patient-centered care. Fluent in English and Spanish, he is dedicated to helping patients achieve their health goals while leading innovative programs focused on quality improvement, care coordination, and healthier communities.
