Dr. Jose Jimenez is a dedicated primary care physician with more than 25 years of experience providing comprehensive, patient-centered care. Board-trained in preventive and primary care medicine, he has extensive expertise in managing chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, heart disease, thyroid disorders, COPD, asthma, and other complex medical conditions.
Prior to relocating to Florida, Dr. Jimenez cared for patients in private practice and served in leadership roles, including Medical Director of an Independent Practice Association in Puerto Rico. He is committed to helping patients achieve their best possible health through preventive care, education, and personalized treatment plans.
Fluent in both English and Spanish, Dr. Jimenez is passionate about building lasting relationships with his patients and empowering them to make informed healthcare decisions.
