Jennifer Walker is a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner and has been in the healthcare industry for 16 years. She started her healthcare journey as an LVN in long term care where she spent 4 years of her career as she completed her Registered Nurse schooling. After becoming an RN, Jennifer went on to work at Parkland Hospital in Dallas in the Burn ICU for 8 years and completed her Master’s in Science of Nursing and Family Nurse Practitioner program through the University of Texas at Arlington. Upon completion of the FNP program, Jennifer went on to work as FNP in Infusion services serving patients with autoimmune disorders in Midland, TX. Since relocating to New Braunfels, she has decided to pursue her passion of working in family practice and neurology. She believes in treating each patient as she would want herself or her family members be treated and takes great care to ensure she gives the best care possible to each and every patient.
When she is not taking care of patients, she enjoys spending time with her family, going to movies or any family friendly attractions, or relaxing outside with a good book.
