Ho David Pak, DO – Physician, Entrepreneur, and Healthcare Innovator
Dr. Ho David Pak is a Board‑Certified Internal Medicine physician whose career spans clinical practice, healthcare leadership, and entrepreneurial innovation. After completing his training at Midwestern University and Henry Ford Health Systems, he launched a series of successful medical organizations, including the Allied Institute of Medicine, Pak Medical Group, and Zenith Integrated Specialists—ultimately building multispecialty networks and physician groups that advanced quality, access, and coordinated care. These entities were acquired by InnovaCare Health in 2022.
Driven by a passion for operational excellence and technology‑enabled care, Dr. Pak also founded Eleos Virtual Healthcare Solutions, a virtual services platform designed to support provider networks and streamline clinic workflows.
His philosophy is simple: “Our job is not to tell patients what to do, but to build relationships that empower them to take accountability for their own health.”
Outside of medicine, Dr. Pak finds joy in the outdoors—hiking, diving, golfing, tennis, pickleball, and skiing—and at home with his dogs, Paco and Rosita. He believes deeply in learning, teaching, and using time to make a meaningful impact on others.
