Aliana Bornmann is a dedicated Registered Nurse with over six years of clinical and procedural experience and a strong foundation in patientcentered, evidencebased care. She has served both hospital and outpatient settings, beginning her career at Winter Haven Hospital and currently practicing at Lakeland Regional Health, where she supports a wide range of procedures including EGD, colonoscopy, EUS, ERCP, bronchoscopy, EBUS, PEG tube insertion, and ECT.
Aliana holds an Associate of Science in Nursing from Polk State College, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of South Florida, and a Master of Science in Nursing from Florida Southern College, where she graduated with a 4.0 GPA. She has completed 540 clinical hours in primary care and will sit for the AdultGerontology APRN boards.
Bilingual in Spanish and certified in BLS/ACLS, Aliana is known for her leadership, diligence, and strong timemanagement skills. She is proficient in Cerner, AthenaHealth, and eClinicalWorks and remains committed to delivering compassionate, highquality care to every patient she serves.
