Manuk Ozcan, the Chief Financial Officer of InnovaCare Health, is an accomplished finance professional with a wealth of experience in the healthcare industry. He previously served as the Vice President of Financial Planning and Analytics at InnovaCare Health, a position he has held since September 2023. Prior to this, Manuk was the Vice President of Finance and CFO for the West Division at Fresenius Medical Care from July 2021 to August 2023.
With nearly a decade of experience at CVS Health, Manuk has held several leadership roles, including Senior Director of Finance for Enterprise Economics, Senior Director of Finance for Financial Planning & Analytics, and Director of Finance for Pharmacy Financial Planning & Analytics. He also contributed significantly as Sr. Manager and Financial Consultant within CVS Health’s Pharmacy Financial Planning & Analytics division.
Earlier in his career, Manuk worked as a Senior Equity Analyst at QED Capital Management from 2006 to 2011 and as an Associate at Morgan Stanley from 2000 to 2003, laying the foundation for his expertise in finance and analytics.
Manuk holds an MBA in Finance from Bentley University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance & International Business from Northeastern University.
