Ravi Chari currently serves as Chief Operating Officer of InnovaCare Health, where he leads operations for the organization across all markets.
Ravi spent 15 years with HCA Healthcare, most recently serving as President and CEO in HCA’s West Florida Division. Prior to this, he served as a Senior Vice President at the enterprise level, leading HCA’s Clinical Excellence agenda.
Ravi graduated from the University of Saskatchewan College of Medicine and completed his surgical residency at Duke University. Following residency, he entered fellowship training at the University of Toronto in Hepatobiliary Surgery and Abdominal Organ Transplantation. His first staff appointment was at the University of Massachusetts Chan Medical School. His second appointment was at the Vanderbilt University Medical Center, where he served as Professor and Chief of the Division of Liver Surgery and Transplantation. Ravi earned his Master of Business Administration degree from the Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University.
