Penelope has held key leadership roles in both clinical and operational areas, and has demonstrated a consistent ability to lead and grow organizations. Prior to her current role, she served as Chief Administrative Officer and Chief Operating Officer at InnovaCare, Inc./AVETA, where she played an integral role in the company’s success in providing government health plans and integrated healthcare delivery solutions. Her previous leadership positions include Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at CenterLight HealthCare, Chief Operating Officer at Touchstone Health, and Corporate Vice President for Care Management and Disease Management at AmeriChoice (a UnitedHealth Group business unit).
