Ernesto Cereijo Barreda is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with more than 25 years of healthcare experience, including primary care, family medicine, hospice care, rehabilitation, and home health. He earned his Master of Science in Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of Turabo in Puerto Rico and is dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care focused on prevention, chronic disease management, and health education.
Fluent in both English and Spanish, Ernesto cares for patients of all ages and is committed to helping individuals and families achieve their best health outcomes through personalized treatment plans and preventive care.
